This role supports and reports directly to the HR Leader, and also provides both administrative & recruiting support to the HR Leader. In this role you will be a key player in the organization leadership team and culture - leading and executing department events, sit on leadership team and own leadership team meetings/agenda/follow-ups, etc. We'd love to see candidates who have: Essential: \- Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner \- Working closely with leadership teams to align internal and external messaging and ensuring consistency; strong interpersonal skills \- Communicating clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team, and in group presentations and meetings \- Coping with deadlines and work under pressure \- Minimum 2 years of related experience \- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field \- Knowledge of HRIS systems
