IMPACT STATEMENT Supports building productivity by overseeing HR processes, initiatives and compliance programs in order to develop and retain an engaged workforce Proactively develop and refine workforce plans to meet building metrics throughout the year Provide input to centers of expertise in the design of new hiring programs and practices along with the  candidate experience and communication Partners with the Centralized Staffing Team during non-peak and peak periods to meet the staffing needs of the location Partners with the Corporate Shared Services Center (SSC) to analyze trends related to Associate questions Manages new Associate onboarding and orientation process Oversees delivery of on-site training of HR, Compliance and Business/Professional Skills Supports the performance appraisal process along with compensation increase throughout the year based on role Supporting Benefit and Wellness initiatives through corporate partnerships and analyzing utilization to meet the associate needs Supports engagement initiatives such as associate roundtables, survey focus group meetings, and associate committees Supports Senior HR Manager /Site HR Manager in working with Executives to ensure strong development plans are in place Develop Associates' functional skills by managing day to day work assignments and by providing coaching, performance feedback and performance assessments. 2-4 years Employee Relations or Human Resource experience Working knowledge of basic computer skills to include Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & web based application Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Conflict management and resolution skills
