The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel. The Human Resources Generalist will provide support in the creation and implementation of human resources programs that support talent management, compensation, records management, succession planning and development, employee relations and retention in our Dublin, GA distribution center. Provide guidance and coaching to management and employees on daily employee relations and performance management issues. Conduct New Hire Orientation and provide support with on-boarding. Serve as a point of contact for general human resources questions.
