Manages direct reports, systems and projects to achieve unit goals in accordance with Company policies and practices Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining open communications Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance assessments and establishing performance and development plans Maintain effective communication with all internal partners to ensure productivity, morale and performance of Associates and Executives Listen to Associates concerns and promotes a thorough understanding of policies and procedures Encourage problem resolution through chain of command Recommend and advise management and staff regarding personnel practices and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws Partners with the Corporate Shared Services Center (SSC) to answer Associate questions Manages new Associate onboarding and orientation Oversees delivery of on-site training of HR, Compliance and Business/Professional Skills Supports the performance appraisal process Supporting Benefit and Wellness initiatives Supports engagement initiatives such as associate roundtables, survey focus group meetings and associate committees 2  years HR Manager experience Overnight travel (less than 10%) We're committed to creating a culture where everyone belongs; where diversity and inclusion drive innovation and business results while enabling associates and customers to be their authentic selves every single day.
