The Coordinator, People Business Partner (formerly Human Resources) will: Support in all People functions; employee relations, new company initiatives, recruiting, new hire onboarding, meetings and day to day follow up and  administrative support for People dept Respond to general email and phone inquiries in a timely manner Provide basic employee relations support and ensure that company policies and procedures are followed and administered in a fair and non-discriminatory manner Partner with local People team to ensure collaboration and the effective sharing of information Support company People initiatives and programs – recognition programs, events and conferences Coordinate temporary staffing assistance as requested by department managers Manage Applicant Tracking System for all new hires, including paperwork completion, Oracle submission, new hire set up, preparing all materials, securing training and contacting new hires Conduct applicant testing, exploratory interviews, reference checks and exit interviews Build effective relationships with corporate People teams to share ideas, execute new programs and participate in new projects Take on additional projects as needed Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Human Resources, Retail, or Business Management) Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience Must possess a positive, solution-oriented and customer-focused attitude Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Strong Verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and multi-task Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, process, and procedures Excellent interpersonal skills with capability and desire to work within a collaborative team and possess an interest to grow into other People related roles Must be resourceful and hold strong problem-solving capabilities Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook) and computer skills
