As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Human Resources Associate provides support to the Sr. Director Human Resources Corporate & Retail, North America and the Human Resources Manager for Retail with all HR functions, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, employee relations, leadership development and training to deliver easy access, quality service. Managing the Seasonal hiring process from start to finish in partnership with the team. Track the receipt of performance reviews and evaluations in accordance with the Talent Management Process. Schedule HR Training for new hire managers on a monthly basis. Organize, update and maintain HR Retail Employee files on a continuous basis.
