Provides full support to the Human Resources Manager regarding all HR related matters. Process newly hired employees including communicating with new hires regarding start dates, data entry into the HRIS, and submitting background checks Maintains reports for all actions in Oracle such as New Hires, Termination, Tenure, Job Change, and Promotions, etc. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal effectively and courteously with all levels of employees and management. The ability to handle and maintain and high-level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive information Ability to manage projects and set priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to provide timely responses to customers in a courteous manner
