Maintains and revises organizational charts for assigned areas on weekly basis. Advises and guides managers in communicating disciplinary decisions with HR business partner consult. Works closely with the VP Human Resources and Sr Director Human Resources on all Talent Management programs/projects, including: Annual Performance Review Process: priority-setting, development plan, annual evaluations, and compensation planning processes. Re-organizations: works with benefits, compensation, and legal teams to prepare time & action calendars, adverse impact reports, and severance agreements while also supporting communication planning.
