HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR, COLLEGE RELATIONS

Carter's, OshKosh, and Skip Hop stores are conducting interviews virtually and in-person. These brands are sold in leading department stores, national chains, and specialty retailers domestically and internationally. Human Resources Coordinator, College Relations is responsible for supporting college recruitment programs. Must have proven, successful experience thriving in a fast paced, large corporate environment. - Must have been successful in building strong professional partnerships, problem solving and utilizing various resources - Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven exceptional customer service, follow-up, organizational skills and high attention to detail - Must have exceptional skills in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with HR information systems is a plus - Must have proven experience identifying issues and developing solutions - Must be flexible to the needs of the business
