As a member of the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team, the Human Resources Coordinator provides support to the Sr. Director Human Resources, North America and the Human Resources Manager, Retail & DC with all HR functions, performance management, organizational capability and design, compensation, employee relations, leadership development and training to deliver easy access, quality service. Managing the Seasonal hiring process from start to finish in partnership with the team. Track the receipt of performance reviews and evaluations in accordance with the Talent Management Process. Update employee information in all applicable reporting/scheduling systems (Kronos, DocuSign, Calchambers, etc.) Your benefits:
