Human Resources Coordinator

Deliver outstanding customer service and set the standard for the team Lead by example to create a welcoming and inclusive environment Provide guidance and support to staff, encouraging professional growth Address and resolve employee and customer issues with professionalism and empathy Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in HR, customer service, or public relations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated leadership ability and team-oriented mindset Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Passion for customer experience and community engagement Competitive Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay between $24-$30/hour, full time or part time hours, holiday pay, paid vacation time, periodic pay raises, 401(k), health and dental insurance and a variety of other benefits.
