Interact directly with HR Partners in solving complex HR issues and inquiries requiring interpretation and formulate recommendations to achieve favorable outcomes. Develop communication and implementation deliverables for business transformations Conduct follow-ups with HR Partners in support of business changes Execute organizational structure changes for teams or department Maintain talent summaries and provide workforce planning analysis and support Provide recommendations and insights based on analysis to HR leadership Ensure accuracy of business unit and/or department open and active headcount and prepare deliverables as needed for HR leadership Support Talent Assessment, Succession Planning and Talent conversations, connecting talent needs across the organization Support implementation and adoption of HR related initiatives across the organization Contribute to continuous improvement of project and program delivery Liaise across all HR partners (CoEs, SSC) to ensure successful and on time project delivery Provide feedback on HR programs and policies/process to HR partners May lead cross-functional human capital initiatives across the entire organization Analyze HR metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency across HRB teams Provide Managers day to day guidance, counsel and support of business and talent strategies Identify and inform Managers on opportunities and approaches for cross-functional partner alignment Advocate and reinforce Kohl's values Conducts exit interviews as needed
