HRIS MANAGER

Work with the HR leadership team to define reporting requirements, metrics, and dashboarding; ensure that HRIS systems are set up in a manner that allows for accurate and complete data collection. Audit HRIS system, on-boarding system, and PTO tables and PTO adjustments in HRIS. Build HR systems necessary for current business processes and to ensure the integrity of data prior to ADP implementation. Collaborate with ADP specialists to implement the HR portion of Employee Central for Forever 21; maintain responsibility for creating all roles, settings and HRIS systems for Forever 21’s HR units. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of HRIS experience and advanced Excel skills as well as experience leading a third-party team remotely.
