Job Summary: As a Workday Associate Manager, you will be responsible to perform technical and analytical functions in Workday and related areas for HR system needs. This role is considered an HR technical subject matter expert in Workday HR system configuration, enhancements, issue fixes and deployment. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities Gather business requirements, develop viable system solutions, and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes. Configure changes in Workday aligned with business requirements and perform comprehensive unit testing. 3 - 5 years hands-on Workday HRIS experience Previous experience working with HCM & Recruiting modules strongly preferred (Performance, Talent, Absence and Advanced Compensation modules are a plus) Business Process and Security configuration experience Calculated Fields and Report Writer experience Skills and Behaviors Analyzes and assesses situations to find effective solutions; creative problem solver; engages in fixing the problem Strong data analysis and complex report building skills Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Demonstrate high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality Proven ability to collaborate and work in a cross-functional team environment Action-orientation with excellent follow-through skills; works well independently and in teams in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
