HRIS ANALYST (CONTRACT)

Overview Forever 21 is a fashion industry leader making the latest trends accessible to all while inspiring unique style and confidence. The Senior Analyst, People Systems will be responsible for assisting in the definition and process mapping of people functions to ensure optimization of the company’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Provides guidance and support to stakeholders and employees on effective use of HR systems In partnership with People Operations team, define and map all current people system processes, utilizing existing standard operating procedures to create process flows Manages master calendar for systems upgrades, improvements, and complex report deliverables Serves as project lead for specific HCM initiatives; define, document, test and implement HCM modules as required by the business Maintains data integrity within HCM to provide accurate information for dashboards with metrics which may include recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, and benefits Create and generate advanced reports and dashboards to support the People team for a specific functional area Ensure compliance through established government rules and regulations Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline or job experience Minimum four years of experience in a Human Resources role including exposure to People systems, People reporting and project team role ADP considered a plus Advanced analytical and technical skills including Microsoft Excel for creating comprehensive reports including data formatting, pivot tables, dashboards, and formulas Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills to facilitate resolution of system issues Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability to sit for prolong periods of time operating a computer keyboard and mouse
