This assignment is expected to be for 2-4 months.The associate in this position is responsible for a large quantity of administrative duties including, but not limited to, timely entering of new hire information in the automated HR System (Workday), processing the corresponding new-hire paperwork, working closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly pay for new hires and auditing of government forms including W-4 and I-9 forms. Ensures timely and accurate entry in Workday on the associate’s new hire information as submitted through the Recruiting and Onboarding system. Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documents to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit .
