Design Your Future at PVHHR Rep - General Support Temp - PVH Corp.-1This assignment is expected to be for 2-4 months.The associate in this position is responsible for a large quantity of administrative duties including, but not limited to, timely entering of new hire information in the automated HR System (Workday), processing the corresponding new-hire paperwork, working closely with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of weekly pay for new hires and auditing of government forms including W-4 and I-9 forms. are present and comply with applicable laws in addition to meeting Company’s Policy and Procedure requirements.Verifies the integrity and completion of all New Hire documents to meet or exceed the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Audit .Verifies and corrects (if necessary) in Workday the associates personal information upon receipt of paperwork.Special administrative projects as needed.Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or Human Resources experience preferred.Education: College degree preferred , comparable work experience acceptableSkills: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail Oriented and organization ability. Self-starter, flexible and analytical.
