HR Operations Specialist (hybrid)

Analyze data for accuracy and statistics for trends and patterns and make recommendations for solutions based on findings Act as project lead for ad hoc projects as assigned including onboarding, recruiting & intake process etc. Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize HR business processes Compile and aggregate data and reports from Workday and ADP for internal and external team partners Manage and update supervisory and reporting lines within HR system, ensuring Org Charts including new hires, terminations, new and replacement roles are correctly represented Support bi-annual workforce planning process; complete workforce planning tool in partnership with HR Operations Senior Leadership team to ensure tools are submitted to standard and on-time. Communicate with the Fast Retailing team on org changes as required. Minimum Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years of experience under the HR Operations or benefits function Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and often with shortened timelines Proficient with Workday desired, or ability to quickly learn HRIS (Workday), Payroll (ADP) software Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite systems, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills Possess consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and using data to drive decision-making Ability to flex and change priorities as department needs change.
