Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Support Assists in answering all associate questions pertaining to company policies Escalates and redirects inquiries, as warranted, to ensure timely and proper resolution of all matters Provides support to facilitate department record retention standards and execution Billing/Data Reconciliation Administers monthly benefit account reconciliations, prepares invoices for payment Works directly with insurance carriers/union representatives to ensure prompt and accurate resolution to associate and dependent data discrepancies Customer Service Provides end user support for H.R.
