Essential Job Functions: Recruiting and Onboarding: Partners with Recruiting counterparts to attract top talent to fill roles that support both current and future needs; works with leaders to determine new positions and openings; supports recruitment strategies that proactively develop a talent pipeline; works with hiring managers to develop comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new associates are assimilating into their roles and the company culture. Succession Planning: Partners with leaders to build talent strategies for teams and individuals. Organizational Design: Partners with leadership to execute organizational structure changes to support business needs. Organization, Planning and Multi-tasking: Advanced organizational and planning skills. Minimally Required Education, Training and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; or a combination of education and work experience that yields the minimally required knowledge, skills and abilities 6 years related experience in Human Resources Other Information: Travel required: 30% or less Uses cellular and desk phone; laptop or desktop computer *Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
