This position will directly impact the quality of candidate we hire by sourcing and pre-screening top quality passive talent in the marketplace. Capture market and competitive intelligence from sourcing efforts, and document in a manner that makes it easy to share with key partners (e.g. 20% Talent Acquisition Projects & Initiatives Facilitate new recruitment initiatives and complete special projects as assigned.
