Responsibilities: • Facilitate new hire benefits orientations and act as a centralized point of contact and responding to escalated questions regarding firm benefits, understanding benefits eligibility rules for all benefit plans. and consistently updates the communications calendar. • Assist with the Benefits budget process including updates for annual and quarterly reviews with Finance. • Work with Benefits Director on other benefit related projects and issues as requested. • Knowledge of common employee benefits offerings (health & welfare, retirement), leave types (FMLA, STD, LTD) and regulatory compliance requirements.
