The Human Resources Reporting Analyst is a member of the People Analytics & Compliance Reporting team responsible for analysis and delivery of compliance reports to General Counsel, Government Agencies, HR and Brand contacts. As a key member of the People Analytics function, this associate will be heavily relied on for pulling reports that will support in the analysis of associate and workforce data to uncover actionable insights and makes recommendations that improve business performance through people. Collaborate with internal business partners, to ensure the maintenance of report delivery, query integrity, and knowledge transfer. Calculate and deliver strategic HR and to HR leaders Run regular and ad hoc reporting and analysis for HR executives upon request. Qualifications Your Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an analyst or in a similar position strongly preferred.
