Ensures data follows regulatory and compliance legislation Analyzes current systems and recommends solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiency Serves as the Technical Subject Matter Expert for HR systems Develop and maintain a variety of simple to very complex reporting solutions and queries Prepare and deliver executive dashboards and analysis to executive team Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports to the business Point person for all escalation related issues with UKG and UTA Provide troubleshooting, daily user support, and training to all system end-users and partners Maintain HR system documentation, reference, and end-user training materials Government reports using data from various systems Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, research and resolve HRIS problems and unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements Able to set up, modify and execute standard processes in all core HRIS functions. High technical proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including Access and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) Experience writing SQL queries preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skills Flexibility to operate, and self-driven to excel, in a fast-paced environment Strong troubleshooting background and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
