Our Local Manager Will Also • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled • Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner • Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to ensure team is knowledgeable, following proper cash handling procedures, and is maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets • Verify DAILY bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are w/financial paperwork • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost and provide world class guest service • Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations • Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability • Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery • Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown and securing of all equipment at your location • Other duties required/assigned as detailed in Employment Agreement Cherry Hill Programs strives to provide a positive work environment that values excellence in safety and quality, free from discrimination and harassment.
