Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences.
Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, making helpful suggestions and answering any questions they may have.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product placement.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to best assist customers with their purchases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
Follow all store policies and procedures, including company dress code and loss prevention guidelines.
Contribute to a clean and organized store environment by maintaining a neat and tidy work area.
Attend and actively participate in training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the H&M brand in a positive light.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
