Assist customers in finding their desired products and providing recommendations based on their style preferences.
Educate customers on the latest fashion trends, products, and promotions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing H&M's image and values, both in and outside of the store.
Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and inventory management.
Maintain a high level of personal presentation and dress code according to company standards.
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and minimize loss.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
