By sharing your knowledge and skills with colleagues, you will actively contribute to creating a Best Team to meet our customers' expectations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively greeting and engaging with customers in service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best customer experience. Furthermore, you will be eager to educate and promote our H&M Loyalty program to customers, share your knowledge and skills with colleagues, and work in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation regarding health & safety and security routines to guarantee safety for yourself, your colleagues, and customers at all times. Following all procedures and routines regarding safety, security, and administrative processes in all areas of the store is also part of your responsibilities.
