H&M Sales Advisor - White Oaks Mall

**Overview:** As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store, and actively selling our products. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information and support. **Responsibilities:** * Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience, supporting them with direct customer service * Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service * Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store * Effectively promote and sell products to customers * Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives * Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions * Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team * Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers * Use product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers * Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues * Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store * Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care * Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes * Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house (including stockrooms) **Qualifications:** * Passionate about fashion and providing excellent customer service * Motivated by giving customers a great experience * Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented * Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment * Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries **Benefits:** * Competitive pay rate ($15.50 per hour) * Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, wellness and family support programs, company match retirement plan, paid leave programs, and paid time off * Employee discount at H&M, & Other Stories, and COS * Access to a large global talent community, where career growth and aspirations have no limits * Opportunities for development and growth within the company * Inclusive and diverse work environment * Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) to find community and networking opportunities among colleagues
