Provide excellent customer service by understanding and catering to each customer's unique needs and preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote loyalty and increase sales.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and products to assist customers with styling and outfit suggestions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and fitting rooms.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed, and the store runs smoothly.
Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and loss prevention guidelines.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and sales techniques.
Attend and participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Uphold the company's values and represent the brand in a positive manner.
