H&M Sales Advisor

About the Role As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and provide support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience. Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available. Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
