You are responsible for reaching the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by setting a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience. You act in line with our Values and Leadership Expectations. You regularly analyze and follow up Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results Together with your District Team, you set the hours plan in line with the sales budget Together with you Store Management Team, you ensure that scheduling maximizes conversion within the frame of the hour's plan Together with the District and Store team you prioritize actions that have a clear impact on selling Give feedback to the District Team regarding the store allocations to secure a good garment level to support the selling Ensure that the store execution continually meets H&M standards and follow up using the customer experience tool Implement and follow up on the Store Operations Best Practices Ensure H&M customer service standards are delivered in your store Ensure that the maintenance in your store is managed in a cost efficient way to meet H&M standards and initiate actions accordingly Actively prevent loss together with Store Team and ensure that all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed Actively participates in executing store routines and tasks including but not limited to delivery truck, garment processing, reductions and price changes People & Teams You ensure you have the Best Teams and support their development. Oversee and manage recruitment, training, development and succession planning for your Store in line with H&M ROTD best practices Evaluate and manage the performance of Store team members; execute dialogues, development plans, feedback and follow-ups and take actions to improve performance and develop your team accordingly Actively work with talent and leadership development n your Store in order to support the business needs You ensure regular and clear communication to the Store team on Business Performance, Company Culture & Values, and Country/Region/District/Store goals through daily Store Meetings and weekly/monthly Leadership Meetings. Financial Accountability: Sales and profit responsibility for your store Accurate recording of sales figures and hours Job Status: Non-Exempt, Salary (Exempt for Top Volume locations) EEOC Classification: OFM
