Overall Job Summary: Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Keyholder is responsible for creating an environment that inspires customers to explore their personal style. The role supports and guides the store team to deliver an inspiring Customer Experience aligned with the H&M standards. The Visual Keyholder actively drives sales and implements the Visual Identity, ensuring customer and colleague expectations are met while following company procedures.This position reports to the Store Visual Manager (based on volume).Your Day to DaySales and Profit: Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows according to the Commercial Handbook. Collaborate with the Department Manager to identify commercial opportunities and execute floor moves accordingly.Fashion Knowledge: Stay updated on current trends, share insights with the team, and support seasonal campaigns and brand standards.Customer Service: Meet customer expectations through direct service and support the store in delivering an excellent customer experience.Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation: Follow the Visual Identity, ensure mannequins and displays are styled well, and create a cohesive shopping experience from windows to in-store areas.Campaigns & Activities: Launch and maintain sales campaigns in line with company standards.Commercial Routines: Collaborate on KPIs, store planning, and maximize commercial opportunities through the Customer Audit Tool.Operational Routines: Complete sample picking, execute floor moves, and maintain visual props and marketing materials with sustainability in mind.
