As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. , • Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team has the ability to work towards actively promoting and selling products to customers. , • Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge as well as other relevant information during customer interactions. , • Collaborate, plan & work as a team with in-store Visual Merchandiser team. , • Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed.
