Responsibilities: • Develop swimwear styles from concept to production • Follow market trends in active / swim / fashion – then design our own • Concept sketches, mood boards, print inspiration • Attend fit sessions and assist technical design process • Approve all final samples prior to production • Collaborate with factory in Medellin Colombia (Spanish not req, but a plus) • Follow emerging advancements in sustainable fashion (fibers, fabrics, production practices) • Have a very strong knowledge of our demographic Job Types: Part-time to Full-time Employee - REMOTE Pay: $35 -$50 per hour + BONUSES!
