Overview

As a High-End Women’s Clothing Sales Consultant, you’ll create a thoughtful, personalized shopping experience for customers seeking quality apparel. You’ll learn the product range, offer attentive styling guidance, and help customers find pieces that suit their needs. Your impact: By pairing knowledgeable recommendations with attentive service, you help customers shop with confidence and support a welcoming store experience. Compensation is a combination of a base salary and a commission on sales.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their preferences, and provide polished customer service.
Share retail store product knowledge, demonstrate product features, and recommend complementary items through appropriate upselling.
Complete retail sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, cash register, and payment methods; handle cash drawers accurately.
Support merchandising, stocking, and presentation standards to keep products easy to browse.
Respond to customer calls with professional phone etiquette and assist with sales-floor coordination.

Skills

Essential: Min 5 years of Retail sales or sales experience; customer service; clear communication; basic math; cashiering and cash handling; cash register operations; and comfort completing retail sales transactions.
Essential: Ability to learn product details, support merchandising and stocking, and provide product demos.
Preferred: Supervising experience, bilingual communication skills, retail math, and grocery store experience.
A customer-focused approach, attention to detail, and confidence helping customers make informed choices.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
