Our client, a growing global premium apparel omni brand based on the West Coast, needs a Head of Sourcing and Product Development leader. Reporting to the President, this leader will oversee all facets of global sourcing (currently through an agent), manufacturing, and product development by identifying appropriate vendors/factories, placing/negotiating manufacturing orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality, profitable goods and will act as a strategic partner to the business. The ideal leader has relationships with agents overseas, has overseen a PLM implementation, and has expertise with better fabrics and relationships within the industry. The role is based on the West Coast and is in-office 3x a week. Responsibilities:
