Head of Sales ( Retail & Wholesale) -Luxury Bridal Fashion Brand

Maison Ciao is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven, and commercially minded Head of Sales (Retail & Wholesale) to lead revenue growth across both direct-to-consumer bridal sales and wholesale distribution channels. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s retail and wholesale sales strategy, driving bridal consultations and client conversions, building relationships with buyers and retail partners, and identifying new opportunities for growth. Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives Establish sales targets and revenue goals across retail and wholesale channels Monitor key sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer acquisition performance Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and distribution channels Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives, partnerships, and strategic opportunities Provide regular reporting and recommendations based on sales performance and market feedback 5+ years of experience in luxury fashion, bridal, contemporary fashion, premium retail, or wholesale sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Experience managing wholesale accounts and retail partnerships preferred Strong understanding of luxury client service and relationship management Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Strong commercial and analytical mindset Willingness to travel for appointments, trunk shows, market appointments, and industry events Miami, FL 33132: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
