Design all sweaters, cut & sew, and swim to insure we are adhering to line plan and price point by introducing new mills/factories. Following Line Plan, develop styles which cover an assortment of options through various weights, silhouettes, colors and styles which target a variety of price points and build a developed and balanced line. Prepare design tech packs ensuring all yarns, trim and construction information is present. Help to develop color story, yarn selection and inspiration/concept ideas with the Head of Design Source along side of product development manager to develop new yarns/cut & sew qualities and in determining final yarn/fabric/colors for the season to work into line plan Partner with development manager to prioritize ongoing work with factories; ensure team is utilized effectively to deliver collection in a cost effective and timely way. With inspiration from Creative Director and Head of Design, help determine silhouette for the season by sketching head-to-toe looks Be a sounding board for Head of Design to keep a clear overall view of the collection for silhouette and trend Adhere to Time and Action Calendar.
