Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, responsible for leading all HR functions and people-related initiatives across The Swank Company, Posh Tots, and Escape Outdoors. The Head of Human Resources develops, implements, and updates HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and alignment with the company’s culture and values.
