We are looking for a dynamic Head Designer with strong leadership skills that is able to merchandise and design, Boy’s 2T to 18 sportswear that is driven by the young men’s market. Summary: Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Production Departments to develop fashion product lines appropriate for the budget market. Have a good fashion sense; being able to recognize new fashion trends and being able to adapt them to our market. A profound knowledge of all Apple MAC programs used for design (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) Understanding of the production process, lead-times, and meeting deadlines.
