Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design in the boys’ fashion sportswear budget market. Experience designing a variety of products including tops, bottoms, swimwear, sets, etc. Understanding of the production process, lead-times, and meeting deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize is a must.
