Role Description

This is an optional part-time or full-time position based in Georgia, United States, for the role of Head Designer. The Head Designer leads and stands right below the creative director of the brand, developing innovative collections that reflect the company’s vision, identity, and market goals. This role is responsible for the design process—from concept to production—ensuring high-quality, trend-forward, and commercially successful products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, mood boards, color palettes, and parts of collection themes.
• Design apparel and accessory pieces that align with brand identity and target customer.
• Sketching, technical drawings, fabric selections, trims, and garment construction details.
• Work with the design team, providing teamwork, communication, and creativity.
• Collaborate closely with product development, patternmakers, and production teams to ensure design execution meets quality and fit standards.
• Review samples, and adjust fits.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a founder of a strong independent fashion label or Have several experiences in fashion or an a creative industry.
• Strong creative vision, trend awareness, and brand-building mindset.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO3D, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of fabrics, construction, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.
• Portfolio showcasing original design work and collection development.

Personal Attributes:
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and brand identity.
