About Ella & Oz Salon: Ella & Oz is an AVEDA concept salon located in the Admiral District of West Seattle where we have been serving people in West Seattle and the greater Seattle area for more than 25 years. Although we have been around for a while, we consistently work on bettering ourselves and adjusting to changes in the hair and beauty industry. Because of this, we have developed a program that provides a way for employees to consistently improve their income by learning the business of being a stylist. Responsibilities: • Provide hair services customized to each guest's needs and desires • Offer guests a wonderful experience while in your chair • Present and reinforce a professional appearance always, in accordance with dress code standards • Ensure salon station is “guest ready” always, which includes proper sanitation of tools, product replenishment, and cleaning as required • Contribute to the growth and productivity of the salon, and maintain current guest clientele while continuing to build our client base • Perform all necessary functions in the salon as required to keep the entire team on schedule.
