About Ella & Oz Salon: Ella & Oz is an AVEDA salon located in the Admiral District of West Seattle. Because of this, we have developed a program that provides a way for employees to consistently improve their income by learning the business of being a stylist. Responsibilities: • Provide hair services customized to each guest's needs and desires • Offer guests a wonderful experience while in your chair • Present and reinforce a professional appearance always, by dress code standards • Ensure salon station is “guest ready” always, which includes proper sanitation of tools, product replenishment, and cleaning as required • Contribute to the growth and productivity of the salon, and maintain current guest clientele while continuing to build our client base • Perform all necessary functions in the salon as required to keep the entire team on schedule.
