If you are honest, hardworking, have a good attitude, and want to do a good job, you will be very successful (and make lots of money!) If for some reason the client is unhappy with Artist, a refund will be issued to the client and the Artist will not be compensated. • Open Communication with Owner: If you have a concern, you must talk to the owner directly – NOT to other artists. Any Artist violating the confidentiality of either our company or the bride will be terminated immediately. You may keep any and all tips that are given to you directly by the bridal party.
