"Key job responsibilitiesTake direction from Styling Managers in the form of style guides, descriptions and / or tear sheetsCollaborate with teams to create looks aligned with the Shopbop customerDeliver high-quality, brand-right artistry across a diverse model pool and a variety of brand collectionsMaintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativityAct as a mentor to freelance hair and makeup artists to ensure desired results are achievedTroubleshoot unexpected hair and makeup situations arising, and ability to provide solutionsManage other business duties as they ariseWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations :Madison, WI, USABASIC QUALIFICATIONSHigh School diploma or equivalentExperience with all hair textures and skin tonesA portfolio that demonstrates ability to deliver inspiring beauty from creative directionAbility to communicate effectively and collaborate with other team membersAbility to deal with ambiguity and respond to change with a positive attitudeExcellent work ethic, attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitaskAn understanding of how to style in a fast-paced, fashion-driven setting across a diverse model poolCreative mindsetPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS3+ years of professional Hair and Makeup experience preferably in a fashion-related photo or video shoot environment / studioKnowledge of contemporary and designer brandsBasic computer skills and ability to learn new computer applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
