WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and fashion-forward Guest Experience Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a knack for helping customers find the perfect outfit. As a Guest Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining the boutique's appearance, and assisting with sales and inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers in selecting and trying on outfits, providing personalized fashion advice
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, products, and promotions
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new merchandise
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment
Assist with social media marketing content creation

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong interest in fashion and a good eye for style
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Weekend and Holiday season availability is a must
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and organizing merchandise
