The role of a Guest Advocate can provide you with the skills and experience of : • Communicating and interacting with guests to build a welcoming guest experience • Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns • Adapting to different guest interactions and situations • Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings and services • Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience. • Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed. • You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times).
