Job Summary:

You are tasked with warmly welcoming guests, showing appreciation, and surpassing guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction, loyalty program enrollment, and store cleanliness. You will provide both in-store and digital services and solutions, possessing knowledge of capabilities and features that promote adoption, usage, and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at checkouts, guest service areas, gift registries, pickup stations, and drive-up locations while ensuring exceptional quality.
